We went to Modern Motors Nabiac to have our very hot caravan near side wheel hub & tyre looked at. We were worried about continuing our journey to Newcastle. Then we met Mitch. From the outset Mitch was courteous, professional & listened to our concerns with the hot tyres, as we were worried about continuing to drive. Mitch checked both wheels and advised that it was ok to continue our trip home but to take it easy on the brakes. We made it home no probs & have booked a caravan service. I have always purchased new cars. Just recently I purchased a 2nd hand car but wasn't sure I had purchased a good one. I asked Adam to give it a thorough check over and my fears were immediately erased as he said the car was fine and I had nothing to be concerned about. He was even able to fix a really annoying glove box rattle and all at a very fair price. Adam is a really nice guy and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be getting him to do my up-coming warranty service rather than take it back to the local dealer who I have no confidence in.

Great, professional team who did all that they could to help us out we had issue and to their credit they found our issue we’re very costly and rather than do the work with a expensive bill at the end they gave us a choice on what we wanted to do and by the end of it all they didn’t charge us at all, very honest.
