Each year the Worklocker team man the phones during Wishlist Giving Day and to date have raised over $20,000. We also support the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation (www.pcsrf.org.au). A cause close to one of the owners of the business who was playing in a rugby match at Ballymore in 1994, he went into a tackle and his life changed in an instant. He would never walk, feel, or breathe on his own, again. Perry was left a C2 ventilated quadriplegic. It was his work with Christopher Reeve that inspired Perry Cross to launch Australia’s own foundation and he is now the President and Founder of the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation. The Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation has one main aim, to find a cure for paralysis. Perry’s motto is simple and he lives his life by it every day ‘Everything is possible.’ Each year the Worklocker Team participates in Sipweek.com and we also run themerchstore.com.au/ which sells the Perry Cross Merchandise.
