When our doors opened for the first time in 2004 it was because we wanted to challenge the belief that burgers were bad. We were the David to the Goliaths of the burger world, and we were fighting them with burgers that were both guilt-free and delicious. Today we're proud to plate up healthy burgers made with love. It’s what makes our burgers the solution to fast food and not another alternative. We work with local farmers and artisans to secure the freshest ingredients and we're proud to serve RSPCA Approved chicken and free-range beef, lamb, and eggs. How we did it back then is how we still do it today, the Grill’d way, and what continues to make our burgers so special is not only the ingredients. It’s our people. The Grill’d team. They are the heart and soul of Grill’d. Without them, there is no us. The reason we get up every morning and put on our bandanas is not just to cook delicious healthy burgers. It's to open our doors to our guests - the extended Grill'd family - and create a positive environment that offers inclusivity, mateship, and community. Located within the dining precinct of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The beach is a Surfer's Paradise, the restaurant is a foodie's paradise. Making burgers doesn’t make us the same as fast food. We’re not their alternative. We are the solution. Guilt-free, healthy burgers you don’t need a hangover for. It’s been our focus, our passion, and our point of difference since the beginning.

At toot-toot we believe you should enjoy the occasion, feeling totally relaxed and assured that our food is of the highest standard. We enjoy watching the faces of our clients as we present our delicacies. Our menu challenges the many and varied preconceived views people have regarding vegetarian food. For example, our Eggplant Parmigiana with artichoke, goat cheese and mushroom sauce has guests drooling as it arrives at the table. Our array of mixed canapes never fails to impress. Canapes include deliciously light 'Stilton Puffs', a fragile mouth morsel of blue cheese, preserved lemon zest and finely chopped walnut wrapped in soft pastry.
