We work with local farmers and artisans to secure the freshest ingredients and we're proud to serve RSPCA Approved chicken and free-range beef, lamb, and eggs. How we did it back then is how we still do it today, the Grill’d way, and what continues to make our burgers so special is not only the ingredients. It’s our people. The Grill’d team. They are the heart and soul of Grill’d. Without them, there is no us. The reason we get up every morning and put on our bandanas is not just to cook delicious healthy burgers. It's to open our doors to our guests - the extended Grill'd family - and create a positive environment that offers inclusivity, mateship, and community. The Cardamom Pod vegetarian at the Brickworks at Ferry Road Markets is the sister business of the well loved Cardamom Pod Broadbeach and has a classy but groovy decor. The food is beautifully presented and food styled and the portions are very generous with many dishes having vegan or gluten free options and also many desserts that are vegan, gluten free, and even raw.
