Amazing :-) couldn't rate the team highly enough. Mark & The team at Blue & White Vet clinic Coffs Harbour treated my little guy "Bandit" for a paralysis tick. The care & attention he & I were given was fantastic. I was updated over the very stressful worrying weekend by Mark, which was wonderful. Bandit was a very sick little dog & thankfully for the knowledge and care given, he made it after an extremely long few days in doggy hospital. Both vet nurses I dealt with were so compassionate & caring, nothing was too much trouble. I can't thank them all enough

Dr Ziggy took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I was made to feel completely at ease and confident that I was doing the right thing for my beloved Bella, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What touched me most was the way Toby sat down with me for much needed encouraging words of comfort before I faced the inevitable. He was patient and understanding, and he really made me feel that I wasn't alone in this difficult journey. His empathy and genuine care made the whole situation easier to bear. Well its 3 years since Phil saved my dog, and Lucy did a perfect job on Flo's eye. Well guess what ? > Lucys left ..best wishes...buuuuttttt > Phil is lucky to have a new vet NICK ! a super observant fella ( found a spleen issue with poor old Flo) so again, my hat comes off to Phil, and his EXTRA GOOD STAFF ..great people to deal with . much love from the farm.

Thank you to the staff at Alstonville Vet. They knew exactly what my little guy needed. Having a new addition to the family can be stressful especially when they stop eating!! The vet was calming and gave professional advice and helped in so many ways. Thankfully he is up and bouncing around now. Perfect !!!

My two Wessex Saddleback pigs were very sick. Vet Jody came out to my property and treated them. Her kind and friendly way was fantastic and I would recommend her and Vet Vicky very highly to anyone.
