Ken came up to Kingscliff to attend to our dishwasher. He asked for info and model number so he could look up the Bosch website before he came. He kept us informed of when he could do the job and sent a time window the morning of the job. He arrived on time and completed the job. Tested and departed. We would recommend you give Ken a try - he was terrific.

My Miele washing machine was not working. Appliance Care Services arrived, on time, diagnoses the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it. It was not obvious what was wrong and he used his experience to get a fast a reliable fix. I am very happy and I will definitely use them again.
