He also undertook to arrange for a serviceman to call & swap the units. As there was no urgency I was very pleased when the serviceman Richard called & completed the replacement on the same day. His attention to detail and workmanship is first rate, both on big and small jobs. He might not get to you straight away, but this is testament to how sought after he is. Definately worth the wait. We have had him do major re routing of pipework after a slab leak and also a couple of smaller jobs and he can’t be faulted. Five stars all the way. Thanks Matt!!
