Every job is unique and usually involves the following:- • Setting up a powerful dust-extraction fan to keep the job clean. • Remove everything from the existing bathroom, shower screen, taps, vanity, toilet and bath. Jack hammer the floor tiles out, remove the wall tiles and wall sheeting. • Replace any water damaged wall framing or flooring and straighten walls. • Modify the bathroom layout to suit the customers needs. This may include changing the position of walls, installing new windows and cavity sliding doors - whatever our client wants we try our best to make it happen. • Electrical and plumbing is next - setting up the job to work with the new tile format. We use quality strip drains and floor wastes. • Wet area sheeting is fixed to the walls and floor and a waterproofing system with a 10 year guarantee is applied. • Floors are screeded to obtain the correct fall to floor wastes, tiles are then laid on the floors and walls, including any shower niches. • New architraves, cornice, vanities, toilets, bath, taps, mirrors, lights, towel rails etc are fitted. • Shower screens can be whatever you would like from a 10mm frameless walk around shower panel to a completely frameless shower screen. • Rubbish is removed and the new bathroom is ready to use.
