My latest experience with Pete at Since was very good. He replaced a damaged drive in my laptop with the latest hard drive available. He always gives me solutions for problems I'm having with IT, for free. His regular customers would vouch he is very helpful. He is hlpful and very kind at heart although he may come across as a bit cranky at times, if he is stressed out.
