Brydan has worked in private practice, community mental health and forensic settings, and enjoys working with adults of all backgrounds and experiencing a wide-variety of mental health difficulties. He has a particular interest working with adult men, and those within the LGBT IQAPSB+ community. Brydan uses an eclectic mix of CBT, DBT, ACT and EMDR (1 & 2) approaches and regularly works with clients on issues of trauma, sexuality, gender, minority stress.
