Established in 2011, Newcastle Caravan Repairs started out in a small shed at Gateshead with 2 employees, and a part time admin person. Gradually we started to grow and 2 became 4. Eventually we grew out of our small shed and made the move to our current premises in Cardiff. We now employ 16 full time staff members, and our reputation for quality, friendly and fast service is continually growing. Our core business is repairing caravans, mostly on behalf of insurance companies. We also offer fully qualified mechanical servicing. I was unable to pick up the car before going on a trip for a week and they were so understanding and even offered to drive my car to my home so that it would be there waiting for me on my return. The care they have for customers is something I haven't seen at any other mechanic. Really nice to see good people doing good business.

On Friday 21/02 I purchased a car in Newcastle I flew up Friday morning to drive the car home, after arriving I realised the car had some issues of which I could not complete the journey if they weren’t fixed, I started to ring around frantically, Jay’s shop pink automotive were the only shop that were good enough to move around their day to make sure I was looked after, they stayed late Friday to make sure the job was done! Honestly couldn’t find a better group of people! I’m extremely thankful for meeting them! If you’re in the Newcastle area don’t go see anyone else !
