VERY VERY happy with the service from AJ. I’ve been a customer now for over 4 years and I really can’t recommend AJ highly enough … he’s very reasonably priced for the quality of the work that he does … he’s a very observant fellow and has drawn my attention to impending car issues - Mazda had to do a mass recall as a result of one of his observations about my vehicle and saved me not only a load of money but the angst too! I trust him implicitly and his diligence - TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

On Tuesday I called into the Umina Beach ''my car'' garage unexpectedly on my way home as the dashboard orange engine warning light stayed on all day. I bought the vehicle 2nd hand a week earlier , so expected engine trouble , and worse. I called into "my car" and the Boss asked Aiden to have a look as they could tell I was worried. Aiden hooked up the diagnostic computer tool , and found the issue doing various checks , and fixed it via the computer tool. He then checked and fixed the battery terminal connectors as they were not secured properly. I had called in unexpectedly and was not an existing customer , but this service was provided without fuss at no charge. I was very impressed and appreciated the quick service. Therefore I wanted to acknowledge Aiden and the Owner at mycar Umina Beach for such a great attitude and creating customer goodwill which is rare these days.

We took our car for its service this morning to the Gosford branch. Jason dealt with us today, he is so friendly, big smile and excellent customer service. Thank you to the lads who are in the service bay we didn't see. Great team. Good price, good service our regular garage now for us.
