I damaged my windscreen on the way East to Charters Towers, the screen was peppered with gravel from a road train, we were headed to Atherton. AAMI arranged for Carglass to do the replacement, they arrived at our stopover in Wongabel, replaced the windscreen, cleaned up and were gone in under an hour. While we were travelling and staying in Mareeba we had a breakdown that left the car Undriveable . A large brand car company couldn’t even look at it until October ! Even though Mareeba motors were also fully busy they stepped in and said they would look at it the next afternoon as it was an emergency . At 11 am the next day they rang and said car ready you can pick it up . What great service . Thank you for getting us back on the road and caring about our circumstances. 5 stars +
