Week by week students will be guided through a structured sequence of postures (asanas) and breathe control (pranayama) designed to develop flexibility, strength, and improve general well-being. Students lacking flexibility will be aided by the use of various pieces of equipment known as props. Elizabeth Valley Yoga and Massage offers a modern, air conditioned, well equipped studio located on 8 hectares of natural bush land in the Elizabeth Valley, Noonamah. Remedial Massage A therapeutic massage using direct pressure on the muscles, both along and across the grain of the muscle. Various strength and intensity tailored to your preference.
