Zena has over 10 years experience, working collaboratively with supervisees and providing reflective practice clinical supervision. Zena provides a safe environment for supervisees to be able to reflect on their work, assess progress, engage creatively, discuss ethical dilemmas and implement training and development of skills where applicable, to ensure best practice.
