My wife and I were most disappointed, ordered 2 milkshakes, flathead & chips for the wife and a hamburger for myself. First we were served two lukewarm milkshakes then had to wait 1/2 hour for a small piece of dried out flathead and without a doubt the worst hamburger I have ever eaten.

Group of 8 for Breakfast 20/01/2019 - What happened chef seems like you were cooking 1 meal at a time on Sunday? We ordered 2 x big breaky 1 x eggs benny and 1 x poached eggs all came out at different times and over an 1 hour after we had ordered and not even a knife and fork in sight, even 2 x flat whites took over 1/2 hour to arrive at the table, your premises was recommended to us but unfortunately it will be the first and last time we eat at your quirky little cafe. Young lady waiter could learn some manners too.

$13 for a Works burger which came with a skerrick of shredded carrot, beetroot and lettuce on a Woolies burger bun. At least at Bunnings you get Onions on your order. Pick up your game Jason! I can not in good conscience recommend you or go back my self

Been coming here for years, consistently great chips and burgers. The owner Jason, always happy, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, quality and value for money. Chef went out of his way to please us. Hubby wanted fish and chips upon which we were recommended the fresh caught local black fish, which true to his word was freshly crumbed and cooked to perfection!! I ordered a veggie burger that was on this occasion made to order from freshly grilled veggies due to the regular patties being unavailable. Best veggie burger I've ever had!! Highly recommend @J's for delicious quality food, extremely good value for money and excellent service. Will be back for more!!

$12 for 3 skinny pieces of tough, tasteless frozen flathead and a pile of -admittedly pretty good chips. It's sad that Scotts Head doesn't offer better takeaway fish & chips.

Had a great lunch with family. Fresh barramundi, calamari and whiting and great value.

Food was lovely, service very poor! Two groups that ordered after us were served first, the man after us left before receiving anything. The young server was quite rude, will not be back.

Best hamburgers ever tasted. Fantastic coffee and homemade cakes. We are staying outside of Scotts Head for 5 days and have been going there for lunch every day. Lovely fresh food guaranteed. Yummy!
