Waited approx 1hour and 15 minutes for a maxi taxi and called back twice only to have an automated voice on the other line. Had to organise other arrangements for some of our group and called a normal cab and she come straight away. We were then told that the maxi taxis weren’t even running today and they would have never showed up. When trying to get to the airport, this was NOT a great start to our day. The lady in the normal cab was amazing!!

Abused by the driver from the moment we got in the car at the airport. Worst and rudest driver ever. Would let us pay maybe realising he had done the wrong thing. Won't use 13 cabs again.

Arrived on train from Brisbane at 10pm. Taxi phone broken in foyer. Called 1300 and the dreadful recorded voice. Another lady had called a cab and after we'd been there half an hour a cab turned up and he said he didn't have a booking so would take the lady. Due to the dreadful voice system ("we are still trying to locate a driver") I couldn't talk to anyone. Eventually I called my hotel and they called a cab for me and lo and behold the guy who had taken the lady turned up within 5 minutes. I eventually arrived at my hotel at 11:45pm. I like Rockhampton but I don't like the taxi (lack of) service.

Rang for a cabana 12.37pm to go to the Airport and by 1.58pm there was still NO cab - they hadn't even Llocated the ride. Ridiculous.

On Saturday we had a cab booked for 5.15 am at 5.50 am still no cab we had a flight to catch at 6.30 am we booked Uber who got us to the airport with 5 minutes to spear will never use a taxi in Rockhampton ever again

Ordered a cab for 4::30am to go to airport. Didn’t show and after calling only 1 driver and he took another ride! Had to cancel and get a friend to take us to the air port

Phoned for cab at 11.39 am. Taxi did not arrived until 12.37 am. after two phone calls to a computer. Not impressed , will not use this company again, will ask family members to pick us up. Zero stars.

The afternoon before, I ordered a taxi for a pick-up at 9.30 a.m. the following day to go to Rockhampton airport. No taxi came. I phoned 4 times, still no taxi.I missed my flight. 13cabs did absolutely nothing to help. Finally I got a private lift, and paid $500+ extra for a flight. They say "We'll get you there," but don't count on it.

Dont ever rely on this service. I prebooked a taxi to make a flight and they cancelled. Booked again and again they cancelled. Ended up missing my flight.

Pre- booked an early morning pick-up allowing plenty of time to arrive and connect with our tour bus. The taxi didn't show up so we ended up missing our tour and wasted $250. When the taxi was already 10mins late we phoned and were told they were very busy due to Beef Week! So what is the point of pre-booking if they are only going to send you the next available cab? Luckily we weren't trying to get to the airport! Turns out there is more money to be made doing loops around the city centre than a pick-ups in the suburbs which is why our booking was ignored. My advice, use another taxi company because 13 Cabs does not care about your schedule. Disgusted!

July 22, 2014 On or around 6pm I called a taxi cab on or around 6pm. The operator asked me where I am going and for how many passengers. I informed her there are two of us and we would like to be picked up at Kern Arcade where the bus stop is. To my surprise, she said, "NO, I DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU ARE". I reiterated that we are in the bus stop of Kern Arcade. Sternly and raising her voice, she told us to go to the taxi stand and since she is displaying her rude and arrogant manner I told her, "Never Mind" and immediately hang up the phone. Of course, I do not want to listen to her bla bla bla. if she had a bad day, I wouldn't want to be dragged into it. All I wanted is to get a cab so I can hurry home and not listen to her rudeness. As the first point of contact for customers, she should be attentive and she should listen to what the customer wants from the company. Sadly, her actions do not speak well for the company. I was hoping I can find an email address of your company so I can write to the manager but I cannot find anything here. I hope you give attention to my complaint. Respectfully yours, Fe Caperocho
