Kerry says he had a great shopping experience and will definitely be back. He popped into the shop and had a great chat with Kevin who gave him an enthusiastic and warm welcome. He could have stayed for hours just wandering around and checking out all the merchandise. He says it's nice to see that good old customer service is alive.

Mélaanie says, all in all, she had a very positive experience. She had a great experience with Kevin who recommended a tour for Whitsundays (Ocean Safari) and Great Coral Reef (Reef Experience). It was amazing and exactly what he said it would.

Lars says they got amazing offers and would highly recommend. They booked a Whitsundays trip, a skydive at Mission Beach, and a diving trip from Cairns. They were at the agency for a couple of hours and both ladies were patient and lovely. They were offered some coffee and tea.
