ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! this companies cleaners WATER DAMAGED the bathroom door frame by choosing to hose down the bathroom using the shower hose and let the water literally FLOOD the entire bathroom This company was hired to do a flat rate end of lease clean. The clean was not done to even a basic standard. Dirt just spread around and wet. Cleaners refused to fix unfinished clean on the day. Contacted company immediately and was told that I'd have to send photos and book a re clean for over a week later when I wouldn't even have access to the properly any more despite cleaners not even having left the property and directly refusing to complete their work Damage cost me $$ to repair and put a stain on my otherwise spotless rental history. So overall. -Clean not actually done, -Had to pay another company to -Fix the carpet that was going mouldy because of the amount of water still in it days later -$$$ in damages done to property -REFUSED A REFUND.
