Do not use this company. I requested a quote for an end of lease clean I paid the 50% quote deposit. total cost is $1300!!!! They asked to collect keys 22 days before the clean date which I refused. on 13/9 I received another email saying they could collect the keys and do the clean immediately. Again, 10 days before the clean was scheduled. My partner was still living in the house so I said no, let’s do the clean on the date we have booked and paid deposit for. Finally the day came. And went. They showed up the day after they were booked, and after the clean when my partner checked the blinds were dusty, there was urine in the unflushed toilet, and dirt around the base of toilet and behind and under the oven. I emailed Oscar and told him I would not pay a total of $1300 for this service. He sent his team back the next day and told me the clean was finished. I have just heard from my property manager who said the clean still isn’t finished and we won't pass the inspection
