I had Tony come to my house to fix my Samsung Washing Machine,at our initial first meeting,I felt at ease & knew that Tony was the right person to look at my machine & tell me exactly what was wrong with no hidden agenda's or costs,Tony found the problem quicker than anyone else i''ve dealt with,I've owned Fisher & Pykel & Simpson machines in the past,but the time it took to find the problem with them & order the parts needed just took to long,if you ever need a washing machine maintenance expert,then I totally recommend Tony,he was very pleasant to talk to,explained what needed to be done in a way that even the Elderly could understand,was very Curteous & softly spoken,I wish we had More people such as Tony who had excellent morals to fix our appliances,I'm a very Happy customer & lucky I had a man like Tony to fix my machine as fast as he could,I Highly Recommend Tony to everyone,Regards Graeme.

Our 15yr + old washing machine had started making a screeching noise when stopping. After reading the reviews I called & left a message for Tony. He rang back at which time I explained the issue. His advice over the phone was that for a very reasonable call out fee he would assess the value of service / repair with replacement parts / cost of a new washing machine options. Tony turned up to the appointment and after checking out the machine removed the cabinet to find that no replacements ( expensive parts ) were needed, a service of the braking system was all that was required and that having invested in a good machine all those years ago it was declared as good as new. Great to find the positive reviews were accurate and know that I called the right person. Especially at this time of cost of living pressure it's good to have a tradesperson to rely on to repair appliances with the best interest of the customer at heart. Thanks again Tony AC Blue Haven

If you need help with an applicance issue give Tony from ASAP Appliance Service & Sales a call. He helped me with an issue with my washing machine when it would not turn on. The problem was the computer board and he suggested that it would be cheaper to buy a new machine than to try and repair it. Tony is very honest, went above and beyond the call by sending me links to places I would find a new machine at a good price. I can not thank Tony enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest and helpful tradie.

My 20 year fridge/freezer was playing up for a while. Tony was able to rectify others' mistakes and was able to repair as good as new. So glad didn't have to buy new one. Tony was friendly and professional and willing to answer my questions plus others about other appliances. He explained how and why problems arose and I felt confident by the end that I understood more of the workings of fridges. Reasonable price also. Highly recommend him.

I was having major washing machine issues with a fairly new LG Washing Machine. I was looking for a Technician and came across A.S.A.P. appliances. I called for a quote and Tony and Michelle were absolutely amazing! I was out of the serviceable area, and they were able to guide me and troubleshoot recommendations for me over the phone, which worked! If you are in the Hamlyn Terrace area, I would highly recommend them! Such genuine, helpful and kind people. I really appreciate you guys taking the time to help me. Tony came the next day after washing machine wouldn’t drain unfortunately needed new pump but he ordered and promptly installed as soon as it arrived would recommend great service

Tony is amazing and I am happy to highly recommend him to anyone. Phone initially went to voicemail, Tony called back with 3 minutes, and my dryer was fixed within two hours and working perfectly. if you need something repaired, save yourself time and stress and call Tony first. Very polite, very professional and amazing knowledge.

Recently in touch with Tony regarding my washing machine needing a repair, part ordered and installed in a flash. Really knows his stuff, professional, sincere and really genuine guy, he even contacted me later in the day to check everything was working. Above and beyond was the service I received. I rang Tony last week to fix a washing machine (after already organising another man to come out the same day). Tony was so polite & friendly. I rang the other bloke up to cance & wait the weekend. So very glad I did. He turned up on time today with a smile on his face and got the job done quickly & efficiently, with a descent price. He also replaced a bulb in my auntys fridge after checking out her appliances - for free. I’m big on friendliness & good customer service. Tony had all this and more. Tony phoned in response to my email.He explained costs and arrived at the agreed time. Tony tested my washing machine explaining his processes. He was efficient and polite and I would recommend him. Spoke to Tony over the phone. Explained my issue. Tony explained what could be the problem and try doing a few things to it first to eridicate the problem. Was patient and offered to call him back to explain over the phone when looking at the machine. A lot of washing mechanics would of just charge a call out fee without giving advice over the phone. Straight away I put trust into Tony will use him again if can’t be fixed by ourselves thanks ASAP

I have used Tony in the past, many years ago and was very happy with his assistance. Today, I had an issue with the pump in my washing machine, I asked him, if I took it out could he test it, he said Yes and told me he would be home in a couple of hours and could do it, whilst removing it, I found a screw lodged in the rotor, removed it, tested it, now works But, I very much appreciate his quick response and his happiness to help.
