Got a broken spring on one side of a double garage door. Jonathon came and replaced both springs less than an hour. Reasonable charges and professional services. Would recommend them to friends.

I had a fantastic experience with this garage door company. The scheduling and customer service were top-notch—definitely 5-star. The crew that installed my high lift garage door was great—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail. Even when a minor issue popped up later, they came back within 24 hours to fix it, and there was no extra charge. Dealing with this company and its staff was a pleasure, and I can't praise them enough. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for my next project.

I was happy with the job A1 Garage Doors Gold Coast did on my garage door. Jonathon checked everything out and said the door was in good condition. I asked about a gap near the frame, and he recommended a perimeter seal, even helped me pick the right color. I'd definitely tell my friends to go with A1.

I would highly recommend Jonathan! He came out quickly on a Saturday afternoon after our door came off its rollers and snapped the hinges. He is professional and friendly and we were very happy with the repair and the very reasonable price!

Jonathan went above and beyond. Would highly recommend - great service at a great price! Our door had a broken sheave wheel - the team diagnosed it over the phone, arrived that afternoon and had it fixed with no issues. Also only charged the original quoted call out fee, even though it took a little longer. Thanks again!
