I would like to compliment the service technician that came to our residence yesterday at Waterview Heights, I think his name was Matt Clarke, as he sent the report back. He helped me with my daughters dog when it got hurt in a barbed wired fence. He was so patient as I was in a hurry to go to a Doctor appt. He should be applauded by his employer as I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. Thank you so much again. Mrs J Davis.

These guys are Dodge. He sent me a text saying he was coming to check my septic for council. I was at home. No one turned up. Then got a text job done. They bought this business of James. I wasn't even aware he sold it. They never intoduced themselves. I was wondering how long they were not even checking it. As it's meant to be done every three months.
