Excellent service , after the initial a quote was provided and when accepted I was advised of date that the job would be completed. This happened as advised. You cannot go past a company that does what they say when they say. I will engage them again.

A couple of years in and Joanne and Tom have provided consistently excellent service! I've been living in Canberra and Brisbane and have complete trust in Joanne and Tom to take care of maintaining my block. Tom keeps an eye on the block and slashes it when it needs it. I always receive photos of the block all tidied up. The costs are very reasonable especially for the level of service from Joanne and Tom. Communication is excellent too. I'm never second guessing about how the block is going or whether my payment has been received - Jo always acknowledges payment which is almost unheard of these days! Thanks Joanne and Tom for your help and wonderful service! The build will start soon but I think I may still need your help :-)

I have a block in Bundaberg and had been looking for someone to do the slashing as I don't live there. AA was the first service who responded to my email AND followed up. Others said they could do the job then I never heard from them again even after I emailed, called and texted. When the block was done, Jo sent me a photo with the invoice. AA will keep doing my block now so I don't need to worry. Save yourself the trouble, don't go to any other service, go to AA first! Their name should be AAAAA Slashing Service!
