Mike at AAA Auto has been my mechanic for more than 6 years now. He is honest, trustworthy, efficient, friendly, affordable and helpful. Nothing is ever too difficult for Mike; he always goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for females. I previously found it daunting dealing with the car industry because I never knew if I was being taken for a ride because I don't have much knowledge, or being over-charged, or given bad advice. Mike has always explained everything to me so I understand it, and he has always come in at the cheapest price, yet still with the most quality parts and service standards. He has even taught me how to do some things myself to educate me and save me time. He has also helped me when I was worried dealing with other companies in the car industry (outside his scope of services) and has called on my behalf to check they were giving me the correct advice, and supplying me the right products at the right price (and has rectified this for me when they weren't). He also offers a car purchasing service that I would thoroughly recommend. Mike looked for cars on my behalf, checked them out mechanically and negotiated with dealers for an extremely competitive price; way under what any broker was quoting me. He got an unbelievable deal on my dream car, well below the prices car brokers and dealers were coming back to me with. I would never go to another mechanic.
