AAA Roof Protection

Grant has great customer service. Did an old tile roof for me and it came up like new. Good pricing and professional.

Despite reading the previous review, I engaged the devices of A.A.A. Roof Restoration to clean, re-point and replace all damaged tiles at our home in Buderim. The price quoted was only $300 less than some local "hot-shot" charged my elderly mother in law for merely re-pointing her roof, without even taking time to clean off the mortar first. The proprietor ( Grant) came to check out our roof initially and assured me that he employed competent staff who would all do a good job. Then again, that's what the person who worked for my mother in law had said. In any case, the work carried out on our tiled roof was of a far higher standard than I'd anticipated. The roof and guttering were all cleaned amazingly well by John who made sure that every possible trace of mould or dirt that could be dislodged was taken care of. Having cleaned our roof twice previously I know what a tough job it can be and the work carried out this time was far superior to my own efforts. Then Mick (the roofer) expertly re-pointed our tiles, re-clipped all the valley tiles and then replaced all broken tiles with spares I'd kept and also another 13 that they provided for us at no additional cost. The standard of Mick's work can be gauged by the fact that the painter (a friend and neighbour) told me the work was first class and that he'd be happy to have Mick work for him . I can only comment on the work that was done for us but it was first class and frankly, better than I could reasonably have expected. My feeling is that Grant, the business owner, is committed to maintaining and growing the business and to ensuring customer satisfaction. He told me that all work has a 5 year guarantee, but my feeling is that it will last much longer than that. Please be assured that I'd never met him previously and have submitted this review based solely on the work carried out on our property.

Had problems with our roof since the restoration work has been carried out & AAA has not come back to have a look after asking them to do so more than six months ago. The owner was very rude on the phone when I asked if he would come & see what's going on, saying that he had a care factor of zero when it comes to our roof as he was on a roof at the time & had more important things to do. Happy to take our money but not happy to provide any follow up service and honour his own company guarantee. Definitely would not recommend this company for any roofing work.
