ABBFAB offers precision cutting (with waterjet technology), boilermaking, fabrication/welding in steel and aluminium, repairs and maintenance solutions to the Top End. We can waterjet cut virtually any material to a thickness of 150mm (in some cases to 200mm) with straight line, bevel and countersunk cutting options (with a multiple angle cut option). This includes steel, aluminium, stainless steel, marble, stone, glass, wood and timber, plastic, rubber, foam and many more. This technology is a ‘cold cutting' process that produces no heat affected area or burnt edges, resulting in less distortion of components, with small tolerances we can achieve high accuracy and tight corners or intricate patterns. Our workshop is conveniently located in Berrimah to service clients from Darwin, Palmerston, Rural and remote areas.
