Visit felt personalised and comfortable. The team makes you feel like your not in a dental practice. Such lovely people that accomodate and ask you the important questions to make sure that your treatment is what you need! After not going to the dentist for many years cannot recommend enough!

Due to the current economical circumstances, I needed a Dentist that accepted afterpay. When I booked my appt, I asked about the afterpay option. I made it quite obvious that I would be paying with afterpay. When asked how I found out about them, I said googling Townsville Dentist afterpay. I arrived early for my 0800 appointment and was given paperwork to fill out including the waiver regarding covid-19. I then waited for my appointment, at no time being told about any computer issues. I saw the dentis and will say, he was great and the dental assistant was lovely. The procedure went well. But when I went to pay with afterpay, I was only then told that it wasn't available due to an issue with their computers. Why wasn't I asked how I was paying as soon as I arrived. The woman taking the payment came across very uncaring. I asked at reception why I wasn't told. She said that she didn't think about it, but would call the other patients. That didn't help me.

I opted for in chair teeth whitening, it was not until after the procedure that I was told the whitening would not be noticeable until I have my photo taken next to someone who has not had their teeth whitened. After a few days I called the surgery as no one around me, not could I see a difference in having this procedure. I spoke to a very rude receptionist who was not willing to listen to my concerns, and stated what did I expect? My teeth were already white. I feel that it was a waste of time and money. The customer service was terrible, they do not deserve business if they treat their customer so disrespectfully.

Came here not long ago and my girls said they was the best visit they ever had.

We recently had our 4 month old daughters tongue, lip and cheek ties released at Absolutely Dental. The team (especially the front of office ladies) were all absolutely incredible and supportive. I was so worried and stressed and they really did everything they could to put me at ease. Thanks again! You guys are awesome!

I went for a checkup having moved from the Uk. All staff were awesome the facilities are excellent and I can't recommend them enough if your looking for a dentist.

Dinesh and all the team at Absolutely Dental are just amazing. After having the worst terrible wisdom tooth pain Dinesh offered a complimentry consultation to let me know what my options were. 3 days later I had my removal done in record time for a great, it was affordable price. I have always been terrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember. Dinesh and his team made me feel so welcome and comfortable and I will be sure to never go to another dentist again. So many problems with my teeth over the years and even had to be sedated before going to the dentist due to anxiety. I have seen Ruth and Dinish and both have made me feel very calm and not caused me pain or discomfort without any medication. Dinish did some cosmetic work for me as well which I didn't know was possible. I am actually looking forward to completing the rest of my treatment plan - being pain free and not so self conscious of my smile, because I like to smile a lot!
