At Accuplan we have over 20 years of experience in providing our corporate and private clients with quality advice and service for a wide variety of development projects. Our consultants are Registered Planners accredited with the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA). We also have Level 3 accreditation (highest accreditation level) in Bushfire Planning and Design (BPAD) with the Fire Protection Association of Australia. Our staff are accredited to provide BAL certificates, bushfire assessments, bushfire management plans and a range of related services. Recent projects have included bushfire assessment and design services for large scale projects including HMAS Cerberus, Cessnock Correctional Centre, Waste Management Facilities and a large range of residential and tourism projects. Simon Carroll is the Principal of Accuplan and has degrees in Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Health, Bushfire Planning and Design as well as Environmental and local government law. Simon is supported by Matt Clancy (Environmental Planner), Luke Pickett (Senior Ecologist), Shannon Baker (Environmental Scientist) and Kylie Farrell (Administration and Application Coordinator). Our team's capabilities and local experience make us well placed to provide consulting and services in relation to any range of development projects in the Mid-North Coast and surrounds. While the majority of our projects are based in the Mid-North Coast, we are not limited to these areas and regularly undertake work within the Sydney and Hunter Valley regions or interstate.
