Doesn’t answer his calls or return his calls after doing any work. Happy to take your money , but not happy to follow up or fix anything correctly . Very disappointed with this local business .

Ken ... you need to communicate with the customer. Explain your repair work and have a pleasant personality. After you attempt to climb a ladder onto our roof ... you have buckled, dinted and scratched our newly painted gutter. I don't know how you can efficiently perform your job if you can't physically climb onto a roof and leave the home owner up for repairs to the gutter due to poor work ethics. I would avoid this so called specialist in aerial installation ... what a disaster!!!!

Rang yesterday... here at 9.00am today.. sorted my problem very quickly. Marginally more than I thought but better to pay the extra to someone who knows what they are talking about. Would highly recommend this company.
