Terrific communication and price in general. Wayne Oliver was on time, very thorough with our pre-purchase inspection, very knowledgeable and a lovely fellow to deal with.

Googled 4 other pest control companies and Accurate (Mark) was the only person that took the time to talk through the problem and offer advice over the phone-I did need help! The team came out on time and completed the work neat, clean and as per the approximate price guided over the phone. Very honest, helpful and would highly recommend.

We hired Accurate Pest for a pre-purchase inspection which raised no issues, upon moving in I found obvious visible termite damage. Getting this rectified was unfortunately a long and painful experience where Accurate Pest would not take full responsibility, so we had to take formal action. Our home is now repaired but we would not recommend Accurate Pest Management.
