Act Occupational Therapy Services

Act Occupational Therapy Services provides individualised, community-based rehabilitation to clients in their homes and communities. We help people above 18 years of age who have Physical, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. Our approach combines an understanding of our client’s experience with objective, functional information and medical opinion, to facilitate a meaningful and successful recovery. The Occupational Therapists are University educated and licensed to practice in Australia. We work in regional, rural and remote places and understand the many unique challenges country people face when trying to access Occupational Therapy services. In addition, Act Occupational Therapy Services is a registered NDIS provider, which means that our Occupational Therapists are able to support NDIS participants that are self-managed, plan managed or agency managed. Act Occupational Therapy Services is a mobile service meaning they visit clients at their home and very flexible with the client and their families. Act Occupational Therapy Services staff will work with you, at home, and community, to enable you to achieve your goals and participate in meaningful occupations. We believe that you are the experts when it comes to your own goals/aspirations/ health needs. We listen and encourage active participation in your health care.
