Active Pilates Qld has been operating since June 2010 as a small home-based Pilates Studio in Ormeau, Queensland located close to the M1 freeway With more than 20 years of experience teaching Pilates, Active Pilates Queensland will take you on your own personal Pilates journey free from judgment, allowing you to learn and practice Pilates at your own pace. Pilates experience and passion enable us to provide the community with high-quality Pilates training to improve posture, body awareness, and self-correction as well as work with your health professionals to assist clients to rehabilitate from injury.
