Adairs Wendouree Ballarat Homemaker

Honestly, this was once one of my favourite stores. Now however the service is appalling. This morning 3 staff stood in the back corner with another employee on loud speaker discussing towel placement rather than even acknowledge any customers. I bought online so you lost a $400 sale today.

I attended Adair’s Ballarat on Saturday, and the young man behind the counter had the worst customer service I have ever experienced, after he stopped yawning and slouching across the counter he asked if I need some help🤷‍♀️he didn’t have what I needed but his approach made me feel so bad. The customer service in that particular store has really gone down hill lately. Customer service training may be needed.

l go into Adairs Ballarat today to purchase a gift voucher for my daughterinlaw, shop attendants totally ignored me standing at counter. At one point shop person said won't be long, and just went on having a social chat with the customer, then walked out into the carpark with the customer carrying a small box which the customer could of carried. Meanwhile back at the counter l'm left there while shop attendant chats to customer in the carpark ,with no gift voucher for daughterinlaw. So l guess l'll just bung that $300 in a birthday card and Sarah can spend where she likes, hopefully not at Adairs Ballarat Regards Mark

Andrea says the staff is friendly and helpful. A good-sized shop with a good range.
