Unfortunately it is too late to change your mind after a patio has been errected , after the warranty , with a decent downpour water POURED in from th eaves . The owner builder told me that this is acceptable for this patio , what a waste of money.Water literally poured in. Look hard and find a local company that relies on reputation . Not someone who does a bodgy job
