The team from Adlington Homes has really bought our dream to life. We cannot fault the service, dedication and quality that went into building our new home. From the beginning we were made aware of all the costs so that there were no surprises at the end. We have a beautiful home with a high standard of workmanship whilst maintaining our budget. The builder always had great advice and it was reassuring to know that nothing was too much trouble. Love our new home!!

Do you offer pre-construction advice on designs and builds?

Yes, you will be provided with a Preliminary Building Agreement that will show all your options for designing and building your new home.

How long will my build take?

Because every custom build and renovation is unique with its own specific scope or requirements, we forecast in detail the build schedule and give you the timeline prior to Construction. You will then be given a Construction Slot and start date to plan, and then have access to your Owner portal of our App where you can follow your build along in real-time 24/7.
