Very disappointed with the level the communication received from this company. I first contacted them on facebook with my enquiry and received nothing more than a thumbs up emoji. My partner then tried calling and arranged for a quote to be carried out at our home. He waited for over 7 hours and Advanced Civil were a no-show. They didn't even call or text to say they were not coming.
