Never had a problem with my car until I took it in to Airlie Auto to get a service and maintenance done. Had an awesome aircon before going in. They charged me $3k for a service and maintenance and my aircon stopped blowing cold air the day I got my car back. Took it back in and told them that the aircon is stuffed, they had my car for a day and said they fixed it and still had the nerve to charge me $110 even though they must have damaged it. Aircon still not blowing cold air and I took it back in, they just made excuses. Regret taking my car in here and would advise everyone to steer clear of this place.

I received a service from Bernie and Sergio on my APV Van. Great service and repairs. They were fast, reliable and efficient, I would highly recommend anyone who wants a quality service and a honest price. Car wash is a nice bonus too! Thanks again team!

Just had my boat trailer brakes repaired. Turned out to be a couple of separate problems, could have been a nightmare but they persevered . Once again very happy with the job done. Can only highly recommend these people.

I want to thank all the staff for looking after my motor (baby) ,with such professionalism, care, and their super service. I dropped off my car in the morning and was called when it was ready ,plus a super free wash on delivery, thanking Zoe , mechanic and all the staff for everything as Annie would say I will be back 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I've had plenty of work done here on both my cars and my caravan. These blokes are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Their service level far exceeds anyone else I've used.

Absolutely love the high end service and professional work these guys do. A nice and friendly team and also very helpful. Have had my car serviced twice and also had the battery replaced and have been really happy every time.

This business is trusted to be the best and certainly not the cheapest in and around Airlie. While I am generally happy with the job done I can't give the 5 stars I expected to give. Why ? I have asked that any possible related causes for the fuse to blow be investigated and for the current to be measured. The vehicle was returned with a very noisy cabin fan. The fuse blew after a few days with 1..2 hours driving with the aircon on and now I need another workshop date and that's the very thing I was trying to avoid.

I could not thank you guys enough for fitting me in last month, even though you were super busy after the new year, you managed to fit my car in. I was stoked you had fixed it before the weekend for me, and for such a good price too ! The box of chocolates, and scratch its were just an added bonus! You guys are amazing, thanks again.
