Who can contest a will?
In QLD you can contest a will if you fall into one of the categories: Spouse / De facto spouse, ex-spouse, children of any age (including stepchildren), dependents.
Do I have the right to remain silent when being questioned by police?
If police believe you have broken the law they can generally request your name and address, if the offence is related to traffic or drugs additional information may be required. You may be committing an offence if you do not provide, or provide incorrect required information, and the police are obliged to inform you of this.
