What If I don’t know how many hours I need?
Contact us and we will provide a guideline or quote on the number of hours required based on the task requirements. For regular services our cleaners will after 1 clean be able to confirm the number of hours required to meet your requirements or will suggest possible adjustments to the time allowed. Alternately you can agree upon items to be cleaned on a rotation basis.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Our cleaners are provided with a brief of your requirements at time of booking, and they will ring you to confirm this and discuss your particular needs. However, we find that an initial meeting allows the cleaner to completely understand your requirements, and positions them to provide you with the best service.
