I saw Ocean for pelvic floor therapy & advice during my pregnancy, and postnatally. She was very thorough, always on time, a happy face, and very professional. She was a wealth of information during my pregnancy, and I highly recommend her.

I first went to see Robin on my gynaecologist's recommendation to make sure I maintained my pelvic floor post-hysterectomy. She was as good as he claimed she was, remembering me from previous visits and guiding me with her expertise and knowledge. Best of all, she didn't keep suggesting follow-ups; she was even happy to guide me over the phone when I had some queries. I still see her from time to time, and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to see a physio for their pelvic region.

Robin has helped me so very much with information and instruction to aid me in strengthening and general fitness of pelvis. How to move, how to breathe, lift things........I wish I had found her 30 yrs ago! It would be enormously beneficial, before things start to go wrong, for every young woman to learn how to use her body correctly rather than abusing it through ignorance, thus avoiding a lot of pain and debilitation.
