These have proven to be extremely accurate, and both soft and rigid orthotics can be manufactured from foot scans. At Alice Springs Podiatry we offer various forms of physical therapy. Strengthening/stretching exercises, dry needling, acupuncture, deep tissue massage and joint mobilisation. Joint mobilisation is a technique used to ease away joint restrictions - think of it like massage for your foot joints! This improves the mobility around your joints by releasing connective tissue restrictions and restoring your joints to their correct position.
