Took my vehicle for a service and told to pay for a part they had to order. Despite many phone calls and excuses, still no part. Even sent email demand and surprise no answer. Finally had to take to an excellent mechanic who fixed it. Now still out of pocket. Stay away from these people they don't do a good job and give you rubbish excuses.

Took my car for service. Overfill the oil, didn't do some plug up properly and broke my oil sensor unit. Rang and spoke to them and wanted me to pay for the tool he needed to test to find problem. Found a mobile mechanic who was great, helpful and knowledgeable. Won't be going back to Allfix
