Warren was recommended to us by a colleague, and he exceeded our expectations. We could tell that he takes great pride in his work from our first phone call. We actually hired him twice and, while being very professional and objective, we feel that the first time he saved us from purchasing a turd, which we weren't prepared to polish :) He spends hours thoroughly inspecting the property and was happy to show us through personally, giving great advice on potential risks and repairs. Followed by a detailed report the same night and running us through the report on the phone. On top of that he is just a great bloke. Warren conducted an inspection on our property and we found him to be both comprehensive and professional. Warren allowed my husband to walk around with him during the inspection and show him the issues at hand, offering recommendations and advice to resolve the issues. Warren was so thorough and detailed in his report, but he also spent an hour with us on the phone outlining each defect found and how to treat them. We were so comforted by his work, and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

How long will the Pre-Purchase Inspections take?

In general, anywhere from 1.5 hrs to 3+ hrs. Click on the All Homes Building and Pest Inspections Facebook page tab (opposite) for more information and a better understanding on inspection times.

How thorough are the Inspections?

Areas inspected include: Roof exterior, Roof void, Interior, Exterior, Sub-floor and the property within 30m of the building subject to inspection. Whilst Building Inspector are only required to report on Safety hazards and Major defects, I understand that buying a house is one of the biggest decisions and greatest investments we will ever make so if requested, minor defects can be included.
