Extremely annoyed with the sarcastic manner of one of their salespeople. She spoke down to me when I said I didn’t require their services with carpet cleaning. I have received a call from this company every 6 months or so and I have asked them before not to continue but they have persisted. I have even blocked their number. The salesperson was insulting, argumentative and sarcastic, making out my home must be unclean. I suggest some customer service training would be in order.

emergency job, water came through our two back rooms in the recent rain event, I attempted contact of 9 carpet cleaners, 4 of whom answered but quickly dismissed my enquiry advising they were booked out due to the rain event. Allseasons answered straight away, all my questions were answered thoroughly and although they were at maximum compacity the owner himself came out and treated the wet carpets at 7pm in the evening. Michael did a an awesome job cleaning my carpet. Looks great. Plus, he explained a bit more to me about the pest spray he was doing. The staff at All Seasons are always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend All Seasons Carpet and Pest Management.

I've been using this company for many years and have never had a problem. The staff do call constantly to book you in when your carpets are due , obviously to get your business, but they've always been courteous towards me , so I always end up signing up for both my pest control and carpets. Today, however, my loyalty as a customer ends. After the technician left I realized the carpets on my townhouse stairs hadn't been cleaned, but the technician had just left. So I phoned the company and was put through to the "Manager" who basically treated me like a common criminal. I ended up hanging up on the conversation, as I was so upset by the demeaning way he spoke to me . My husband also rang the company and spoke to the same guy- and he couldn't believe the way he got spoken to either - we're not certain if this was the actual Manager , but he claimed to be. If so, his customer service was appalling. The lack of common courtesy and decency means we wont be using this company again.

I’m writing this upon my poor father with Parkinson. He wishes to seize using your company’s carpet cleaning company as he has asked your receptionist to stop calling him for the previous few years. I’m quite annoyed that this stuff this exist. There once was a time when people would consistently call your home phone from overseas salesman but now they use your mobile phone number. If someone asks you to stop calling them the right thing would be is to stop. This is why I’m making this public.

I used to use your service a few years ago but then it become very poor. I was told the management had changed so I called them to let them know I didn’t require their services anymore but an English woman was very rude to me on the phone. And now they will not leave me alone. Please could you stop harassing me? Regards Mary

Have used these guys since 2011, its amazing I don't even need to think about it they call me when my pest control is due and most years I do the carpet at the same time. Customer service is what they do you don't get good customer service anymore but these guys still do it. I also have them do mums lounge in her retirement unit and they treat her with lots of respects the last guy even made her a cup of coffee (she just had her knee done) i know its not much but means a lot to me

I have been using this local company for several years since arriving on the coast & I have never been disappointed with their service. I would never go elsewhere. I have found the best & I'm sticking with them. I highly recommend this local company for pest, carpet clean & leather lounge cleaning. Love them.

I have had my house pest protection done by All Seasons two years in a row. The first year I had 12 months warranty and all went according to the promises made. The second year their warranty terms had changed to minimal (no longer wishing to stand by their product was my interpretation of that) I was hounded and hounded by the sales staff to make a booking and even though promised they didn't bait the rats in the ceiling. When I complained that no baits had been put in the ceiling, one of the vans come and dropped some baits off and said "your husband should be able to put these in the ceiling"!!! (If that's the service I wanted I would have gone to Bunnings and purchased them myself). Lastly the thing that bugged me the most was the relentless sales calls I would receive to book with them a third time. even after asking them to stop calling, I would receive call after call until I had to be rude and threaten them to stop the calls.
