Unable to give a review as he has not been out to quote yet let alone any work carried out. Did get a phone call to say he was very busy.

Hi Mike. I'm not sure why you had the need to leave us a 1 star review because we were unable to tend to your roof. We had over 3000 phone calls and over 800 emails that month after the deluge of rain, little unfair I would say. I guess you can't keep everyone happy.
