now phone does not stay charged for more than 1 hour. We brought our own tools to change the battery that is obviously faulty, but cannot unscrew and open the phone because the thread has been destroyed. I put my sons phone in for the screen to be replaced and was told battery needed replacing. Phone battery was not giving any trouble before being replaced.
