Stephen started out as a cadet at Allworth in 1987, gained his builder’s licence in 1991 and took over the reins in 2003. He has been able to experience the customer journey at all stages, working his way up the ladder at Allworth. Stephen credits the company’s success to the Allworth team. Some key employees have worked for the company for twenty, even thirty years.
