Allworth

Carley says at first, she was worried because compared with that of their competitors', Allworth's build cost was substantially lower by 30-40%. But she couldn't be happier with the end result and two years later, everything is still as she moved in. Plus, Allworth was on-time, on-budget, and there were no defects. They were absolutely fantastic!

Sharon says a couple of years ago, Allworth built a Harmony in the Ponds for her. They build was quick, and there was little fuss. The prices were competitive, too. However, they gave no assistance in choosing colours and accessories. There have also been a few minor issues when she first moved in, but Allworth fixed all of them within 24 hours. She has been happy in her home and now she's busy planning the build of her second home with Allworth.

Sai's entire experience of building with Allworth was awesome and there was nothing striking that she could suggest as an area of improvement. From the time Sai walked into their display home at Homeworld in Kellyville through to the key handover and the maintenance after, the whole team has been truly amazing.

Mark says his home was value for money, he was so happy. His building in Ulladulla had a 22-week contract but Allworth was just about to get the keys after a total of 13 weeks from the day the ground was cut. It also helps that their staff was good. The supervisor was good and Donna, the customer service person in the head office, was fantastic. The quality of the home was fantastic, too.
