Always Healthy and Happy was found in 2009. Our goal is empowering YOU to lead a healthy and happy life with a natural approach. The universe is always in an equilibrium state no matter how chaotic it seems. Ancient Chinese philosophy sees human beings as part of the universe. This brings forth the concept “unity of Heaven and humanity,” which implies that societal phenomena are direct reflections of Heaven. Therefore health is understood as an expression of the body in a balanced state, where disease is the result of an internal disharmony. We believe that every person has his innate intelligence and healing power when his energy field aligns with the universe. This is the philosophy that underpins our treatment.
